Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following basic qualifications:
- Valid California Guard Card (required)
- Valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation (especially for mobile patrol positions)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be able to pass background screening (as required)
Bonus :

Applicants should meet the following basic qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Fire Watch experience
- Construction site experience
- Customer service / hospitality background
